Cancellation Policy
Appointment, Deposit, and Mobile Notary Policy As a committed business owner, I value both the quality of my work and the time of my clients. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following policies apply: - **Deposits:** A security deposit is required to confirm all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable. - **Cancellations:** If you cancel your appointment for any reason, the security deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. - **Rescheduling:** Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. - **No Call/No Show:** Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. - **Mobile Notary Services:** For mobile notary appointments, a mobile fee will be added to the service cost. The amount of this fee will be determined by the distance traveled to your location. - **Professional Commitment:** These policies are in place to ensure fairness, respect, and efficiency as we work together to address your legal matters.
